Cancellation and Returns

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

Items from stock

If you have a change of heart after placing an order that’s in stock, you can cancel it at any time before delivery. All you need to do is let us know by email as soon as possible. Please contact us at enquiry@arighibianchi.co.uk, and if you can remember who processed your order that would be really helpful.

This cancellation procedure also applies to Click & Collect items that are in stock.

Bespoke Items, Made to Order, Special Orders or Items Not in Stock.

If the item/s you ordered were not from stock, it’s likely we will have commissioned a supplier to make it/them especially for you and are therefore not subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations. In this instance, cancellation requests are at the discretion of Arighi Bianchi and we may have to pass on any reasonable costs borne by the company (If your order was bespoke, made to order or special you may be required to forfeit 25% of your total order value to cover costs borne by the company).

Can I return my order?

The following returns policy is applicable to website and telephone orders only (for in store purchases please speak to a member of our sales team). In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a cooling off period, during which time you can cancel your order with us. The cooling off period starts the moment your place your order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Your cancellation must be sent to us within these 14 days in writing either by letter or email.

If the goods are returned for any other reason that being defective, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. Alternatively we will collect the goods and reserve the right to charge you the direct cost of collection.

The product must be in its delivered form and must not have been tampered with in anyway. Where applicable it is advised that you use the original packaging to protect the product for its return journey. Once with us, the product will be inspected to ensure the product has not been tampered with in any way and is complete at which point we will refund you using the same method as your original payment (where possible).

Bespoke Items, Made to Order, Special Orders

If the items ordered are categorised as Bespoke, Made to order or Special, a commissioned supplier will product your order to your specifications and therefore is not subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you wish to cancel an order in any of the above categories you may forfeit 25% of your order total at the discretion of Arighi Bianchi and may incur any reasonable costs borne by the company. This does not affect your statutory rights.

(Please note that for hygiene reasons pillows, duvets and mattresses with opened packaging cannot be returned/cancelled unless in accordance with your legal rights – for example, if the product was confirmed as defective by us).

To provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us and to demonstrate our commitment to responsible retailing, Arighi Bianchi is a fully registered member of the Furniture Ombudsman. The Furniture Ombudsman is an independent not-for-profit organisation which raises standards and is approved by the government to provide alternative dispute resolution services. We follow their Code of Practice which provides our customers with additional protection if things go wrong.
