UK Mainland Deliveries

We’re proud to be an independent store based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. For local deliveries (see map), your furniture will be delivered by our expert in-house team using our branded Arighi Bianchi vans. For areas outside the local radius, we work with trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

How much is delivery?

Click & Collect – FREE
Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Weekend collections are possible with 48 hours’ notice.
We’ll contact you when your items are in stock to arrange collection. Click here for more information.

 

Accessories – £4.95
Free delivery on orders over £50.
Delivered in 3–5 working days via Parcelforce or DBS couriers, unless stated otherwise.
If you’re not available, you can nominate a safe place or neighbour.
After 3 failed delivery attempts, a £5 redelivery charge may apply.

 

Mirrors – From £15
Shipping cost varies depending on size and weight — this will be shown on each product page.

 

Furniture Delivery – From £49
Delivery cost is postcode-dependent and includes:
• Delivery to your room of choice
• Assembly of larger items (if required)
• Removal and recycling of packaging



Local deliveries are made using our Arighi Bianchi vans and experienced team.
For all other areas, we partner with trusted couriers who provide the same high standard of service.
You’ll be contacted once your items arrive with us to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Direct Shipping from Suppliers

To speed up delivery times, some items may be sent directly from our suppliers to your home. These deliveries may arrive separately from other items in your order and will usually be fulfilled by a third-party courier. In some cases, items may require self-assembly. If applicable, the courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer standard delivery to the following locations:

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isles of Scilly
  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland

If you're outside our standard delivery zones, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help with alternative arrangements.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Estimated lead times are shown on each product page. Once your item has arrived with us, we’ll be in touch to arrange delivery.
Please note: we can only store items for up to 14 days once they’re in stock, so bear this in mind when placing your order.
If you’ve ordered multiple items, we’ll usually deliver everything together, but let us know if you need something sooner — additional delivery charges may apply.

What If My Furniture Doesn’t Fit?

It’s your responsibility to ensure clear, safe access to your chosen room.
Check doorways, hallways, and staircases before ordering. If access may be difficult, please let us know.
We’ll always do our best, but any additional costs (e.g. removing doors or windows) are the customer’s responsibility. If we’re unable to complete delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
