These high-quality seaweed sheets are carefully roasted to enhance their naturally rich umami flavour while providing the ideal texture to hold your sushi together. Made from 100% dried seaweed (Porphyra yezoensis), they may contain traces of fish, molluscs, or crustaceans due to the natural growing environment.
